EXCLUSIVE SURF & YOGA EXPERIENCE
The Karma Surf Retreat provides exclusive surf & yoga holidays in Portugal.

You will be accommodated in a comfortable villa with pool & sea view in double rooms, some of them with private bathroom and terrace.

The villa is situated in a picturesque mountain village in a quiet area on the southern slopes of the Serra da Sintra, right next to a stunning nature reserve.

DELICIOUS HEALTHY FOOD

The participants will receive an organic breakfast, healthy vegetarian lunch, (optional 3-course veggie/vegan dinner) and a welcome BBQ, as well as a Portuguese seafood lunch. 

A DAY AT KARMA SURF RETREAT

Daily yoga and surf lessons ensure an active holiday. Instead of surfing you can also choose climbing, mountain biking, hiking or stand up paddleboarding. 

In the morning, your day begins with a yoga session to wake up and prepare for the daily outdoor activity.

After breakfast, the instructors/guides will pick you up and bring you to the best surfing beaches of the region. The surfing lessons are taught in small groups and with a student-teacher-ratio of 4:1. Each one of you will get lots of attention. Thanks to video analysis you will also have a fast learning success. 

After the outdoor activity you will enjoy your healthy lunch and fuel up your energy at the villa.

In the evening a second hour of yoga helps you to speed up the recovery process and help you to relax.

Then you can spend the evening relaxing and enjoy delicious meals cooked by our chef watching the sun plunge into to ocean. You can also head out to explore the mystical forest of the Serra da Sintra or enjoy one of the numerous activities offered (mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, etc.). Of course you can also enjoy the cultural and culinary side fo Lisbon, where you also won't miss shopping opportunities and last but not least a vivid nightlife - just in case you still are full of energy.

For families, we provide child care to help Mom and Dad to relax and enjoy their daily surfing and/or yoga, Our appartment belonging to the house offers a bit more privacy and an own kitchen.
