Longwave Surfcamp

Our surf camp, the Villa Vieux-Boucau is located in a tourist town with 1553 inhabitants in the southwest of France. The village is directly on the Atlantic coast. The Surfcamp Vieux-Boucau has 6 rooms and can accommodate up to 18 people. The entire property is 246 square meters and is located in a quiet and family environment. The nearest beach is just 300 meters from the villa.

From a professional surf class, to a relaxing day at the lake with your friends, Vieux-Boucau offers a variety of activities for every age! To make your holiday in our surf camp Vieux-Boucau perfect, we offer you a lot of information and possibilities to plan your perfect surfing experience. You are welcome anytime to use our new material for activities at our camp.

Professionel Surflessons: you can book the surflessons as a packet (beginner or intermediate), we give you thel advice to book at least 5x2 hours or 10x hours.

Yoga Lessons: Yoga isn’t only a trend it is way more. If you want to cleanse  your soul get more and more flexible and your body in shape-Yoga ist the ting for you. Make sure you give your body what it needs beforer and after surfing. A tip: also try meditation. It is  a great way to let go and relax. Book your Yoga when we see you here.

Bike Ride: Vieux-Boucau is based in the hearth of a magic pine tree forest and you will find amazing routes. If you want to visit the other Villages nearby or just to check the surf you can take a bike. We offer you the bike for a tiny rent to fix the bikes and keep the quality high.

Skateboards & Longboards: Because there is nothing closer to surfing then skateboarding or longboarding, of course you can take the skate- and longboards to skate around. You will improve your surfing skills and can check the waves or just roll to town with the boards. A big Special! Yes Vieux-Boucau has a skatepark just 300m away from our Surfcamp.

Camp Gear: Beachvolleyballnet, tabletennis, sunumbrellas, slacklines, hammocks, frisbees, music, surfbooks, magazines and boardgames.

Day Trip: There is nothing better than going on the trip to the legendary City of San Sebastian with all of us. We organize a bus which takes around an hour to the basq area of Spain. We show you the new and old part of town, eat the most amazing tapas while watching the sunset. After all there is an amazing Nightlife. We highly recommend this trip. The Bus ticket is 25 euros per person and will be paid before the bus leaves.

Another Trip goes to Hossegor the Hawaii of Europes Surfculture. There are the famous Surf-/Skateoutlets. It's a huge area filled up with shops which offer you a great deal from shoes to shirts to surf-/skateboards. In the last years more and more art shops and little boutiqes are popping up… check it out. The trip takes not more than 35 minutes.

THE FOOD: It is very clear that we are reluctant to start your day without a healthy diet. Therefore, we will serve a rich and healthy breakfast buffet every morning. You will need the energy and you should use it. There are fresh French baguettes waiting for you, which you can prove with various variations of cold cuts, together with salad, cucumber, tomato etc. Please be surprised! Yogurt, cereals, jam nutella, honey, cocoa, fresh milk (soy milk) coffee and tea.

At the same time you can put together a balanced lunch package for the beach. We offer you a lunch box for baguettes and salads which you can take to the beach. The dinner, our Longwave camp cook will serve a creative hot meal every night, of which you can eat as much as you like. Fresh salad and finally a delicious dessert.

If you are vegan or vegetarian NO problem we taken care of, just specify when booking and it is without problems a delicious alternative food prepared.
