Water Edge Resort

The Water Edge Resort is located in the small fishing village of Arugam Bay, south of Pottuvil in the district of Ampara. We are located right on the beach and within walking distance of Arugam Bay Point, one of the top 10 surf spots in the world. But that's not all. At the Water Edge Resort, we make sure you do not miss the fun. Make sure you get up early to catch the sunrise over the sea. The sky is in bright orange, yellow and red tones, which makes the area more picturesque. Stroll along the beach or swim in the water when the sun goes down. Or, if you dare, get on your surfboard and choose the right wave. Better still, the area is rich in wildlife. Drive into the wilderness of Kumana to see for yourself. If you're looking for more adventure, get into your Jeep, strap on and head to the sand dunes of Panama. Alternatively, if you are looking for some peace, relax in our cabanas on the beach or swing in the wind on the outdoor hammocks. Enjoy music while enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon sun. Currently, Arugam Bay Surf Resort offers 15 guest rooms with a range of facilities to suit all budgets. We offer traditional beach huts with thatched roofs and balconies, clean and comfortable budget rooms, as well as more spacious upstairs rooms with balconies and double fans. We also offer deluxe rooms with A / C and hot water. We have four family bungalows that can be rented to groups or families who want to stay together; Maximum occupancy is four or five people. Two of the family views have direct views of the sea. All rooms are equipped with fans, mosquito nets and private bathrooms. Sheets, pillowcases, soaps and towels make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Water Edge Resort.
